I never realized a pharmacy staff could be so helpful, friendly, and human. They have gone out of their way to help me more than once in the past few months, in ways that the big national chain pharmacies never would. Side note: Their call waiting music is top-notch, that is if you get to chance to hear it. They are usually pretty quick on the pickup. I wish I had used this pharmacy so much sooner. I could actually cry tears of joy. Having a monthly prescription to pick up and trying to use Kro*** or Wal****** for proximity’s sake had been a hellish experience that I dreaded every month. I just left Middletown Pharmacy and Wellness and had to write a review immediately because every single aspect of my pharmacy-switching and prescription-filling experience was so fast, easy, and friendly😭. This is easily the very best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Refills are quickly filled and the staff is always wonderful. This pharmacy is much better than the big chain pharmacies.

I have visited this pharmacy a few times. The staff is polite and patient, allowing you to ask questions without feeling rushed. They are friendly and helpful. It is great to have a nice local place like this, rather than having to deal with the chain stores.
