The initial paint job of the ceiling from water damage turned out fine. Then we had another water leak from another bathroom upstairs and called to have them come out and repair that area. It was a different guy this time. He painted one coat of paint and was ready to leave. Well the patch job and the killz was showing through. So he came back in and did another coat.
