Very professional, clean, organized and efficient. The quality of workmanship and the attention to detail is second to none. Customer service. Everyone one was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Who sends regular progress updates anymore?? Carstar does. I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. If I ever need bodywork again, I will gladly drive the hour it takes to get there! I never thought getting bodywork on my car would be so easy and stress free!

Amazing job Val and Dylan and the rest of gang at Cramers Carstar in Middletown. Such a great team that had open and honest communication! Would highly recommend for all your bodyshop needs. And the rental is right there for ease of use. Pictures speak 1000 words so you can see the quality work even down to the paint protection stickers they reapplied. Would highly recommend for all your bodyshop needs and they’re a Tesla Certified shop!
