The service on the part of the doctors was excellent. The billing department is atrocious. I've gotten bills from them before and it came through just fine in the mail. But I haven't been there for more than half a year and I'm just now getting a new bill and no statement was never generated, billing said on the phone, when I finally finally got a hold of them, and I never received the statement.
