I had a telemed appt arranged for 8am. I followed instructions & got on at 7.45am & waited & waited. By 9.15am I began to think something is wrong. The counter said was 3rd in queue with 33.00 mins. I called the main # & spoke to reception, explained my situation & she said she'd leave message for Dr office. I waited but impatiently I called back & left message again.
