This isn’t a criticism of the staff, but certainly of the practice. They commenced treating patients for severe depression and pain-related symptoms using a novel FDA approved modality, only to abruptly stop offering it at this location. One has to be driven to/from such appointments, so that's a big deal to me. To add insult to injury, the provider dropped me without warning or any communication or outreach to me about that.
