I am very happy with Dr. David Schwalb, at Middletown Medical Group in Liberty (Ferndale) NY. He's been my physician for many years. He is very knowledgeable, kind, listens to details, and provides superb medical care. I cannot recommend him, and this practice any higher.

Sent to another location for imaging and was told Dr. Would have results that same day. Four telephone calls and Four messages left over a four day time frame before receiving a call back, all to be told they did not have the test results. Seems to me they knew why I was calling and could have gotten those results prior to returning my call. Middletown Medical is just another money mill with no compassion for its patients. Awful service. Expect to wait a good month to get an appointment, then show up on time for your appointment and wait over an hour past your appiuntment time to be seen, then left alone in an exam room and wait more, then finally get to see someone for two minutes! Middletown Medical practitioners and the organization itself need to take a hard look at their inability to properly schedule time, provide accurate and proper care, and treat their customers as they should be - with respect. Mkinnley conklin, was unfair and bias, she didnt once see the medical aspect of what i needed to be treated the right way, which were all at her fingertips because i have been a great patient for over 10 years before middletown medical came along. She made me feel like i was not worthy of help, it felt so terrible and so wrong, she was carelessness judgmental.
