I have been a member of Middletown Jazzercise for several years. The classes are fun & challenging. There are plenty of class times available. The instructors, Linsey and Dawn are awesome and encouraging. They always show several different ways to do the moves for those who might need to do more low impact. I look forward to my classes and seeing all my JazzerPals! A great group of women. A great way to get fit, healthier and have fun.. the hour always flies by. Great music too. Come in for a visit!! I highly recommend it!

Originally I was skeptical of joining Jazzercise because Iof the misconceptions I had, but I have loved being a part of the Middletown Jazzercise family for the past few years. I love that you can attend class in person or at home through live streams. Fresh routines with variety for focus on cardio, strength, and flexibility, familiar music that keeps you energized, and instructors who truly care about you and your experience are all things waiting for you at Middletown Jazzercise. Give it a try!
Middletown Jazzercise is one of the most fun exercise I have ever encountered. The atmosphere is friendly, the friends that I have made joining are life long friends, the instructors(Linsey & Dawn) are high energy, motivating and have the best routines. Never a dull moment in class. If you have not tried Jazzercise, I highly recommend joining the fun at Middletown Jazzercise. We also venture out from class and do other activities together.
