I lived here many years ago, unfortunately, I had to move for personal health reasons but I cherished my time at Middletown Family Housing and I loved my apartment. The grounds so clean, the entire staff very professional, calls for repairs were promptly fixed. The senior luncheon during the holidays hosted by the staff was stellar. I wish I could give this Housing at Middletown many stars.
If I could give zero stars to this place I would I moved out by the end of July because of liz I won’t go into detail but she knows what she did and then she said that I will get whatever remaining deposit balance back within 10 days of the last day I moved out I surrendered my keys august 1st during the final walkthrough and it is now august 15th and I still haven’t received anything in the mail. 🤦♀️ if I don’t get anything by the end of this week I will be moving it up and taking it to court because this is ridiculous.
