Most staff are nice people. Happy to know them... But watch out. I had a disagreement with a maint. Person. An office member was present at the time. Sight unseen she sided with the maintenance man. Now I know as a resident where at least I stand... It's not a pretty sight.
Section 8 Department need more staff to handle all there clients.

I applied to Middletown housing all my papers was taken and approved . Once the called was made from housing I could not see the apartment I had to sign a lease first and pay for them to show me what I was getting in to . I didn’t approve of that isn’t it the other way see it first then accept it ? They send me a letter in the mail if I wanted an appeal but my mom pass away and I could not persue it .
