Since covid in 2020 they have locked the door and all communication had to go through the mail slot. Than in 2024 they installed a ring camera which you have to talk to them through. Now in 2025 door is open,they have 1 person working and cases backed up from last year. Shady to say the least.
For a city that is so gay friendly they could careless if your a senior looking for housing , office staff is rude and no help at all, don't waste your time putting coin in their meters and asking them for help.
Most staff are nice people. Happy to know them... But watch out. I had a disagreement with a maint. Person. An office member was present at the time. Sight unseen she sided with the maintenance man. Now I know as a resident where at least I stand... It's not a pretty sight.
