I’ve never experienced a business try to make me out to be a fool so much in my life. This Honda dealership I’m sure is trying to run a scam on folks who may not be as aware of vehicular matters as others. I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V to them in February for a recall involving the fuel pump and seat belt latches, but they didn’t have the seat belt latches at the time. I am extremely disappointed with Honda’s customer service. My vehicle’s high-voltage battery failed, leaving the car completely undrivable. This is the main component of an electric vehicle, and the repair is expected to take a long time. Despite the seriousness of the issue and the fact that the repair is fully covered under warranty, because it’s their fault, Honda refused to provide me with any loaner or rental vehicle.
