Absolutely horrible customer service. Insane that there isn’t a manager in the building to help with customer concerns. Food was messed up and now we cannot eat it. I now have to wait for someone to call me to get a refund. I will never be back. Should of stayed closed after Taku.
You need to shut rallys down on Verity for cleanliness, undercooked chicken and who knows what else or not if rallys has you in their pocket.
