Not a reliable office. And something unethical practice is going on in the office. They probably doing insurance fraud and billing unnecessary codes. They are targeting all senior people who don’t have much visibility of overall billing thing. I hope local government should audit the office. They threaten the patients to not to transfer the medical records to other primary care if they want to change primary care doctor
This place is the worse especially the front desk staff I call every other day and to be only sent to voicemail no one returns phone calls. I can’t get my prescription.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism at this place—especially from the customer service manager, who was not only rude but completely dismissive. I had a confirmed appointment, drove 30 minutes to get there, and arrived on time, only to be told that you have canceled the appointment on the phone which I never received a phone call from them for any cancellation otherwise I wouldn’t have drove 30 minutes to my appointment. Horrible service very unprofessional they don’t even update you when your provider leaves and they have a hard time understanding or misinterpreting information. They were the only practice with availability and I can see why. Zero stars. Do better
