So I moved out of town years ago to pursue a career in the military so I come back usually once a year to visit family. The last couple times I came to visit I’ve gone to Middletown CrossFit. I have been a member since 2023. I am always impressed at how MCF continues to reinvest in its community. They really put their members first. They have built such a tight knit community of like minded individuals who want to better themselves and others. Absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in starting CrossFit.
MCF provides a supportive and motivating environment for all members. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. The owner's Keenan and Will vary the workout routines, which keeps things interesting, challenging, and prevents plateaus.
