Let me start off stating Dr. Brown has been a great doctor today thus far. However, the wait time is horrendous. Plan to take off half a day, if you are working. I waited in my car for 45 minutes, calling the office 4 times before I was told they were over 1 hour behind. They did not bother to call to inform patients of this information. After I got ahold of the office they called me in 15 minutes later. At that point I had already been there for 1 hour.
