We moved in back on Aug 28th and we've been very happy living here. The staff is friendly amd maintenance is quick to fix things and kind. Our apartment feels like home for us. So far Our experience has been very positive living here. And a plus is our neighbors are kind!
I just wanted to say thank you to Al in maintenance. He is very are polite, professional, & respectful. When ever I need something fixed I never have to wait long at all. he is very promptl.
I’ve lived at Middletown Brooke for almost three years now, and my experience has been consistently great. The office staff and maintenance team truly go above and beyond to make residents feel taken care of. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed or had a question, maintenance has responded quickly and professionally. Overall, Middletown Brooke has been a comfortable and well-managed place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a community with great staff.
Rent was semi affordable, but kept increasing yearly, unfortunately gas and electric aren’t included. It was a great first apartment! Al head of maintenance was absolutely fantastic and made sure everything was always working and he was always readily available to help in any situation. He’s the type of maintenance worker that just makes you feel at home and at ease. He was always very timely and would go above and beyond to help you any way he could.
