Many of the nice reviews you’re seeing are a result of the current maintenance man handing out a QR code and asking tenants to leave an (essentially artificial) 5-star review after he fixes something. mold and dog poop everywhere. roaches not just inside, but outside the apartments as well. they crawl over the interior and exterior walls.
came here for a tour and they literally bribed me to give them a five star review with a small piece of paper containing a QR code. why would I give them a five star review without even living there or knowing what it’s like aside from the 10 min tour? seems suspicious looking at all these other “5 star reviews” now. HUGE red flag for me.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Laziest apartment mangers ever! The lock on my mailbox was broken when I moved in and never fixed in the 2 years of living there. Broken bathroom vents did nothing to help stop the black mold from constantly growing in my apartment. Getting an email reply from anyone in the leasing office is often impossible with their high employment turnover. They let other tenants have cameras in their windows pointed out but give you warnings for actual ring doorbell cameras. They boast no smoking property but do nothin... read more
