They didn’t give me a hard time scheduling a tech and with the total cost of the repair. I am glad as a customer since they were efficient and provides quality repair.
I made an appointment 2 days ago, to have a repair completed. They said between 5 and 8 pm. I get a message today saying we don't do repairs after 5, call someone else. I do not and will not ever recommend this company, customer service is a joke to them!
AWFUL.....I called on June 23 because my refrigerator was making a terrible noise and the temp inside the fridge was around 67. They came out that day and replaced a defrost term and everything was fine. One week later - fridge temp is back up to 67 so I called the numbers that the repairman left. He (or someone) sent a text that they would try to get to my house that day. Today is Monday, July 6 - they don't have anyone in my area that is available.
