My sister and I engaged Carolyn from Middleton Gardiner and associates for help with my elderly aunties legal affairs and the sale of her apartment so she could happily transide into aged care. Carolyn was professional, efficient, empathetic and really went that extra mile for every task that was reqired. Of all dealings with solicitors I have had over the years my experience with Carolyn has been far by the best. 10 out of 10. You couldnt be in better hands with your legal affairs than with Carolyn- Middleton Gardiner and A... read more

Blessed to have found this legal practice. I’ll keep it simple but if I could rate 10, I would. Thank you so much for all you’ve done and are doing. I’ve never met such genuine lawyers .
Middleton Gardiner recently handled the conveyancing for the sale of our previous house and purchase of our current house. The transaction was somewhat complicated with simultaneous settlements, issues with changing finance part way through the process and queries regarding building certificates. Carolyn handled the process very professionally and we extremely responsive and helpful. We were very happy with the service and greatly appreciate Carolyn's assistance and advice during a stressful time. Would recommend to anyone.
