Worse,he will not stand behind his work or even answer phone messages or email. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. New roof leaks with no return calls or anything. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I am going to sue him if not rectified soon.

He doesn't honor contract terms, specifically leaving additional materials that were contracted for and paid for (theft of service). Once he has your signed contract, he will do additional jobs before yours, even though has has told you "your job is next". Be prepared for huge delays in getting your job completed.
