Was told this Monday to call today if I did not get a phone call this week from them for an appointment to be reassessed from an injury. Been waiting on hold now for over 40 minutes to talk to somebody. I have been constantly hearing “please stay on the line to hold your place, and someone will answer as quickly as possible,……”. No one is answering the phones
