I don’t know that I could accurately articulate my level of gratitude for Dr. Carlson (one of the vascular surgeons at Middlesex) in a google review but I’ll try. From the hospital to the office, Dr. Carlson has been incredible. During one of our first interactions while discussing a treatment plan, she told me, ‘I’d never offer you a procedure I couldn’t perform safely’. When my doctor went on maternity leave my calls from middle of April to mid May were ignored and when I finally received a call from the office manager I was told that I cannot be treated there and without an explanation she transferred my call to Lahey at which time I was told that they cannot do anything without a medical release letter I called MSG and asked them to do that but I never heard from them or Lahey Very upsetting and disheartening as to why they would drop someone in such an unprofessional manner. Dr. Moghul was a very professional and friendly surgeon. From the first visit to the post op the staff was very friendly and always available for any questions and issues if needed. needless to say my hernia surgery was a success
Dr. Mougal is one of the best! Highly recommend him to anyone if they need surgery
Unprofessional staff, I tried to make an appointment because I was referred by my PCP. Despite having a referral I was told to call the insurance company for an NPI so im not responsible for the visit.
