I would like Middlesex savings bank to send security codes in order to add debit cards to ****** wallet
Very poor business practices! This bank allowed someone from across the country to open up a business account under and LLC with apparently no documentation required. That account was then used in a wire transfer theft of over $70,000 of which thankfully @$50k was recovered. How do you not require more proof/documentation to open a business account and with only a $45 deposit. Shame on you!! And as others have mentioned their support is run through email, you cant talk to a live person about concerns. This invites suspicious... read more

I dont appreciate the service this bank have. You cant talk to anyone but through email they dont have a number to call them personally. They take forever to get back with you when you have a question. Money has been taking out of my acc multiple times and they dont care they say it will take 120 days to investigate they are bad for business

Unprofessional, kept us going in circles for 5 months for a loan. We began our loan process in Feb. We were approved instantly. Then they requested paperwork, we got everything they needed to them asap. Then this is when the games started. They kept telling us to revise the builders contract. Take stuff out, and put it in bank terms. Then they said via email that we were good. A week later we weren't. They then said the contract wasn't good after saying it was. So we fixed it. Small location but the staff is fantastic! My grandfather goes here all the time and everyone is always so friendly and they even sent him a birthday card last year. I've since moved out of the area that Middlesex covers but I'm still loyal to them because they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of."
