We've been very happy with the work completed by Middlesex Paint & Restoration. Tom is always a pleasure to deal with from the initial quotes to project completion, with excellent communication throughout. Most recently this included an extensive carpentry project to repair/replace exterior siding and some framing due to water damage and wood rot. I contacted Middlesex Paint and Restoration to quote an extensive caulking rather than a painting job. Tom researched my job ahead of coming out to quote the job, understood the challenges, identified the extra items involving paint and being up on the dormer that were easy to address while his crew was there. The job was done well and on time, and slightly ahead of schedule and duration. The only surprises were good ones. Middlesex Paint & Restoration did a perfect job on our cedar shingle house and trim. Their estimate was reasonable and their explanations of options and choices were timely and helpful. They did excellent prep work and the quality of their painting was amazing. They replaced or repaired areas that needed such attention. Tom and his team were great to work with. They were very transparent and open with their communication and their costs. We needed an exterior paint job completed by a certain date during a time of year when the weather doesn't always cooperate. Tom was very responsive and clear about expectations, communication with us and our neighbors and we are very happy with the end results!
