These negative reviews make me so sad! I see Dr. Summerall and LOVE him. He is kind and will take the time to listen and answer any questions. I just had my first visit in the Essex office and it went great. There was a younger woman at the front desk who was kind and helpful. Hopefully the person that earned them all these bad reviews is no longer there. My experience was great!
Women at front desk are not on the same page at all. Stood at the window for two minutes before even being greeted, only to be denied. Very rude staff.
