Was asked the same question a million times. I felt like i was being talked down to for calling an ambulance. Are you serious? Do your job and dont treat people like that who are hurt and need help. Paramedics name was DAWN and she wouldnt even take the equipment off or anything. Terrible work zero stars should be fired!
It's pretty bad when an ambulance driver doesn't want to take an individual to a hospital because they have to wait more than 3 hours to admit them. paramedics need to do their jobs I wish a supervisor would contact me so I can tell them the full story
As always some paramedics are good and some are not. Some are abusive and some aren't. Take your chances and hope for the best.
I am writing to recognize and sincerely thank one of your paramedics, Curtis, for the excellent care he provided when I was taken to the Emergency Room for a severe lower back problem.
