They forgot about me in a room as they closed, has happened to friends too.
Please have the server check again, been sitting in my desk trying to update my kids immunization record been kicking me out the site or just expired. Please give the server time to type in the info before kicking us out. I dont think im a slow typer.
We submitted our children’s vaccine records through their office in Downtown and a week later my kids got suspended from school because they did not update the record. I called their hotline and was on hold and waited for almost an hour until i speak with someone.
Very poor , An RN called me to supposedly discuss whether I could get the measles vaccine . I studied the RN program myself but had a failed surgery leaving me disabled . My disability and contraindications may leave me susceptible . I was born in 1966 but it’s not a sure thing that every child came into contact with the measles so it’s not 100% that everyone is immune unless they receive the shot.
