Unfortunately the receptionists were less than helpful and rude. I do not recommend.
I have used this clinic twice in the last year, both for my daughters' annual sports and back to school physical. This past appointment was the absolute worst, to the point I will never return again. The office staff was awful even before we got to the office. When they needed to reschedule her appointment which had been on the books for a year and was already confirmed by me, several times through text message and the portal. Dr. Katz is probably the best PCP i have ever had in my life. The front desk staff are patient and kind.
I had my first new patient appointment with Dr. B here, the check in process was a breeze, everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. The lights in the exam Rooms are a bit intense but my visit with Dr. B was thorough, gentle, and supportive. She listened to my concerns, respected my identity, and recognized my bodily autonomy.
