Lots of reasons why this practice doesn’t deserve a higher rating. Their recent lack of organization has always been apparent and comes at a direct cost to the patient.

They lost their best doctor when Dr. Brenza left. The office definitely care more about money than patient wellbeing now.
They care far more about generating cash flow than providing care for their patients. I've been on a prescription medication for 4 months that requires monthly refills, my PCP here and their manager have been holding my refills hostage until I make an appointment every single month to come see them. They lie about medical rules and regulations to treat patients like cattle rather than people. Fair Warning: I had a terrible experience at Middlesex Primary Care. Dr Weiss spoke over me the whole time. Who does this? She was truly the worst doctor I've ever seen PLUS this office wouldn't let me see another doctor afterwards so personally I would stay far far away from here. Read reviews ppl.
