Fair Warning: I had a terrible experience at Middlesex Primary Care. Dr Weiss spoke over me the whole time. Who does this? She was truly the worst doctor I've ever seen PLUS this office wouldn't let me see another doctor afterwards so personally I would stay far far away from here. Read reviews ppl.
Dr. Lahtinen has been my primary care doctor for years. She both caring and thorough in her approach. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. The staff has always been courteous and professional.
Had a 4:00 appointment with Dr. Brenza. Waited an hour. No courtesy apology/update from any staff. When I went to the front desk I was told his appointments always run late. No apology offered for wasting my time! Unacceptable!
Very Dissatisfied with my husband's appointment today. Appointment was for 11:00am, with Dr. BRENZA, NOT husband' s pcp, but who was available. Waited in room for 45 minutes, asked how much longer, was told at least another 10 to 15 minutes... we walked out. Why book an apt for 11:00 if the Dr can't see you for an hour later. But if your late, they will cancel your apt and charge you anyway.... unreal.. husband's pissed and so am i.
Starting seeing Marguerite Lamb for my care and found her to be extremely thorough, taking time to learn about me and my healthcare needs. My spouse uses also and we are extremely happy with our experiences.
