They purposefully do not sign paperwork needed by other doctors for speciality work. There excuse was we don't usually have to. I reiterated multiple times it needed to be filled out and signed. Multiple calls confirmed it was. Took me actually getting a copy to show NOTHING was done, they billed my insurance, and didn't do what was needed. Sign the pre op form. Second time in the office, already looking for alternative care who takes accountability and does what they bill for.

I have been so impressed by the care my two little ones have received here. Every doctor has been so patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. It's clear that they truly care about their patients and families. Highly recommend!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in with ear pain and was told that I’m impacted with wax. When I tried to communicate that I’m always impacted but this is different I was asked when I received my MD and was talked down to. He acted like I was on a mission for antibiotics rather than just trying to explain that this felt different. Very argumentative and rude. Would never recommend this practice to anyone. I've never had anything but excellent customer service and care, from the front desk staff to the nursing team and Physicians and PAs.
