Was seen in the ER (i am from Meriden and normally go to Midstate) let me tell ya from the minute I walked into the Middlesex ER there was a huge difference from Midstate ER. The security guard was very nice, after speaking to him it was over to the desk to sign in. The woman we spoke to was very caring and made us feel so welcomed. From there we went to triage which was also a very pleasant experience. Unlike Midstate I was taken in right away, was about 10 mins from walking in to being in. Room waiting to be seen. It is not at all professional for a Dr to be telling patients NOT to come back to a hospital if they have issues again. That is what a hospital is for. Dr max Lopez needs to remember what his job is and why he became a Dr in the first place.
