Absolutely horrible....unprofessional and down right unpleasant..I was a patient for 8 years and they were transitioning thru new doctors and I had an appt in april..had to reschedule due to covid.then accidentally missed my appt in June and without warning or a talk or anything they dropped me...they put me on medication that makes u dependent and they cut me off knowing that I had no other place to go..after 8 years this is how they treat their patients...I wouldn't send my dog there....dr.tinsley was amazijg..ever since s... read more
BEWARE: They refuse all treatment for split care!! They WILL NOT SEE YOU for psychiatry help UNLESS you see THEIR therapist as well. It doesn't matter if you already have a licensed therapist that you've been seeing for years—if you don't see both, they'll refuse service. This is what happens when Healthcare is a business and a practice is only present to make money off the unwell. Despicable.
Potential patients beware!! Billing is processed in a way that insurance WILL NOT COVER. I went expecting a $20-30 copay per visit. Ended up getting a $500+ pill for 3 appointments. Doctors are wonderful. Billing office are menaces.
Horrible. Stay away from this location. Within a week and a half, I have had two (2) appointments cancelled, and a third face to face appointment changed to zoom. This facility knows I do not do zoom appointments, but doesn’t care. At this point, I requested a new therapist be assigned to me since I can’t seem to be seen by my current therapist, and have been completely ignored, and refused to be assigned another therapist.
