Urology receptionist are staffed by incompetent personnel. I drove 30 minutes to drop off a sample bottle. They then informed me the personnel I needed to drop it off with were at their Middletown location today. Even though I called yesterday and asked what time I could drop it off. So not only did they waste a drive but I now have to drive another thirty minutes plus an hour back home thanks for nothing. Will not come back to this location for issues in the future.

horrible experience here !!! i'm super disappointed in the staff here and dismissive additudes!! Very rude and imcompatant and super fake , i believe health care workers should be held to a higher standard with much more compassion , we sat in the back with no doctor coming in for over two hours , when the women at our group home came in with a perturbing stomach there was zero level of care when i continued to try to ask for a possible eta or admission to actually get her seen since "no eta could be given" this is a small h... read more

Scheduling and calling at this place is a nightmare. You play phone tag constantly. At one point I called them back, someone picked up and told me they’d have somebody call me back within 30 minutes, and nobody called me at all for the rest of the day (and I had called at 11am). They also called me asking me to reschedule my appointment which I had already booked, which I find unprofessional. Went there for the first time for two ultrasounds and they cancelled one because the doctor wrote the same reason for both...why wouldn't they have contacted the doctor to clear this up ..they did call me and l returned their call twice...no one knew why they had called me either... ultimately at my request they contacted my doctor and the second one was done...When is it the patient's responsibility to have the correct reason down for a ultrasound???
