I can easily get an appt. here. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I love Alyssa. Kind and professional always. Nathan is great as well.
The receptionist there was the only nice person that I’ve ever spoken to! My doctor and rest of staff were horrible every time I walked in or called . Dr. Scott has the worst bedside manner of may doctor I’ve ever had . But the main reason I am writing this review is because of his Superiority complex. His supercilious attitude towards me was just unforgivable.
BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): This office has plummeted in quality since Dr. Robert Jones left. The staff is dismissive, argumentative, and far from patient-centric—hence the 2.7-star average. Details: • The front-desk “Karen” paused for eight seconds just because I mentioned Dr. Jones, a fantastic Black gay doctor who left due to these exact issues. Update 2: THEY WITHHOLD MEDICATIONS!! Life necessary medications like an emergency inhaler until you go in and make an unnecessary appointment, my asthma hasn’t changed, still got asthma. And they will not work with you or understand insurance. They just want money. I was told if I have an asthma attack TO GO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!! I can’t afford that!
