I can’t say enough good things about the phlebotomists Paula, La, and Olivia! My veins are notoriously difficult—they’re tiny, deep, and love to roll—so getting blood drawn is usually a stressful experience. Despite that, they were incredibly patient, skilled, and determined to get everything done without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. Its that time of year and a blood test is on the menu. Just had a fantastic experience. First, she complimented me on my vein size. That was a great way to start. She had an effervescent personality which can be helpful for those that don't like getting stuck with a needle. What's the phrase? Yes, that's it, a great bedside manner. Then, I never felt the needle and she was done. Her name was Katherine(sp) with a K. I'm not sure you can request your own phlebotomist, but if you could then ask for Katherine(sp). I went here to have my labs drawn. It was a great experience! No wait time at all. Very friendly & clean. I would definitely go back. Ashley was great!
