First trip to the gyno and I was very scared. My OBGYN Dr.Haynes was very kind and patient with me despite being a nervous wreck, and she was the first medical professional to honestly acknowledge my joint pain which could have been so easily disregarded in this situation, it was very sweet of her and I appreciate it deeply. Great care from Dr Haynes. :)
Waiting room is a breeding ground for germs. Ripped upholstered chairs. White stains of some sort on wood tables. Looks like bird poo.
I absolutely love this office! I had my first son here before I moved away from CT, and I have missed them since. I haven’t been able to find another OB that I love as much as I loved it here!
I’ve been going to this office for about 8 years. I’ve consistently had great experiences with the doctor. The office staff needs to work on patience and courtesy. Over the past two years specifically, they have been curt and condescending when calling to schedule appointments. They have also provided me with inaccurate information regarding the patient portal and when I pointed this out so they could avoid future inaccuracies with others, they clearly got mad.
