Scheduling is terrible. You can’t schedule when you leave an appointment. They don’t carry birth control shots there. You need to pick up at a pharmacy. And the call in service, lacks knowledge and standard common courtesy. I can’t wait to get a referral out. The OB has been great, everything that surrounds her is aggravating.
