The doctor was late for my colonoscopy. It was amazing care after I was taken into the preparation area. Everything was explained by each person that I saw and was treated with respect and kindness.
Wow! The people at Middlesex Disgestive Health & Endoscopy Center are such wonder professionals! I just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy together. I'm 75 so have had a lot of these. I have never encountered such a number of caring, respectful people in all the procedures l've ever had. From the person who checked me in to the nurses, anesthesiologists, Dr. Bleich, and whatever staff category I haven't listed who helped in these medical treatments. This medical establishment exceeded my expectations in every way!!
They took me on time. All members of the staff were friendly and kind. The procedure was quick. The communication throughout booking the appointment and on procedure day was efficient and respectful.
