I've had an amazing experience with this place. There are good places, there are great places, but Gastro Health is in a league of it's own. I felt being truly cared for!! Thank you SO much for being accommodating, caring and thoughtful!!
Great doctors, check in process is excessive
Excellent care. Good communication. On time appointments
Staff were very professional, competent, and compassionate
The check-in kiosk system is ridiculous. Elderly patients having to fumble for license and scanning every time they visit (even a few days apart) just to announce they are present (after pre-registering online) while two receptionists are sitting behind the desk. I have never seen this before and hope it’s not a trend. It’s the one reason (so far) that I would consider a different practice!
