I had a new patient appt scheduled this morning and upon my arrival after an hour drive I was told my appt had been cancelled due to the provider being sick. Their explanation was they had tried to call me the night before but my voicemail was full. I thought it was an automated appt reminder and didn't think anything of it. I’ve been seeing Dr Hyatt for a couple of years. He’s excellent. He takes to time to really listen and I never feel rushed. All the other staff there has been great, as well.

Dr. Bleich is an outstanding provider. She’s kind, attentive, and has a genuinely comforting bedside manner. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. She’s understandably hard to book with, as she’s one of the only women providers in the office, but she is absolutely worth the wait. That said, I am currently waiting two months to be seen by Dr. Bleich, and the challenges I’ve experienced during that wait have been with the front office and scheduling process. Although the office is beautiful and the staff is friendly, this practice sent my protected health information, insurance, and phone number to a pharmacy I had never heard of, without my permission. This is *illegal*. I have preferred pharmacies in my patient profile, yet nobody asked if I wanted my PRIVATE info sent somewhere else. The office manager called me after I canceled my appointment and apologized, but kept trying to justify their actions. Inexcusable.
