1106 is a terrible building. Building manager Ron is an extremely rude and aggressive person. Especially if you are a renter. Will try every trick to evict tenants for no reason.
This review is for 500 Talbot Building! The apartment looked nice, as soon as I moved I realized there are random loud noises due to elevator and trash being thrown from higher levels. In the backyard there are many homeless people everyday. This building is not managed, It is loud and not safe. The management people do not care. Stay away! Don't take the bait, even if they rent this place for free. The worst condo experience I have ever had.
