Dr. Rocha was extremely kind and patient during my initial visit today. He fully listened to my concerns and goals, coached and reassured me along the way, and I left feeling confident in our game plan moving forward.
Had a great in depth consultation with Dr. Anthony Rocha. We basically covered all concerns together and we now have a solid treatment plan. I was also impressed that he included an exercise plan (can be followed on an app) to help maintain body movement to help muscle function. The app is a great for me as I travel quite often for work.
I have been seeing Alison Wiggers for physio and Mackenzee Gould for massage. Mackenzee is a wonderful RMT. She understands my needs and offers the right balance of relaxation and deep tissue massage. I run and lift weights a lot - she has been a very helpful part of my recovery regimen. And Alison has been such a help supporting me through injuries and persistent problems for several years. So grateful for expertise and guidance!
