They seem to have the knowledge, but genuinely don't want to help. Never seen the same person twice. Last visit I waited 13 days and was met with confrontation and dismissiveness instantly. Multiple issues identified in the very brief exam, these were quickly glossed over and I was told to try youtube videos and to get my own urinalysis. Dr. Mather is hands down the best family Doctor. Efficient, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The Middlesex Centre is clean, organized, well structured and also very efficient. We are very lucky to have such a phenomenal family Physician. Thank you for everything you do, you are greatly appreciated.
I second the review below of not having enough characters to begin to list everything. The care they show their patients is pretty much zero, and you have to be ready to advocate and fight for; everything, to get anything done there. Only reason I’m still with them is because I can’t find another option. I’d love to be able to share all of my past negative experiences with this clinic however, there’s not enough characters allowed.Health card swipe priority 1. Front desk staff rude!!! I wait 35 mins for my scheduled appointment, no problem. Show up 4 mins late, bitchy front desk says you must reschedule. Send you financial bills for services not rendered. I had a routine physical exam with Dr. Mather at this clinic. He is incredibly skilled and up to date with the latest medical practices. His attention to detail and professionalism sets him apart from other physicians. He explains everything in plain language allowing me to trust his opinion completely. He is a Doctor who truly cares about his patients, and it’s evident in how he treats them. I feel lucky to have Dr. Mather as my doctor. Thank you for everything you do!
