I'm fairly new to the area coming from New York where they were many options, didn't find one out here that I considered Good until I came to Middlesex auto. Great people and great service, they never overpriced the only thing is you can't be seen immediately., appointments are usually a week out, but that's the price to pay when service is great.
My wife and I have been customers of Middlesex Auto for years and years. Never have I ever been disappointed in their work. Last week I asked to have a 30,000/24mos inspection and replacement task (a lot of work). Thanks to Kevin, Jake, the kid and all the guys that get down and dirty for me.
The car drives like brand new now, my grandfather has been using this garage for years.
Fast and reliable. Every auto shop I called in CT gave me an excuse after I explained the problem with my car. Literally told by MORE than one mechanic without them looking at my car was told my transmission was done for. Or even in there services list they work in transmission and really don’t. Ms. Linda however @ Middlesex Auto listened and told me to bring in because they could at least look at it. To which I did and my car is fixed and BACK on the road!! It was a SIMPLE repair!
