Brand new furnace/ac and thermostat install less than 6 months ago. Came home to no heat after being away for the weekend . Wanted a $200 fee to just diagnose why it wasn’t working.
We just had our annual service done on our furnace and it was done in a timely fashion. The Technision Jennifer was great as usual. We are very happy with Middleport Mechanical. We used Middleport for our on demand water heater and were impressed with the service. First they fixed it in January but it didn't work Jennifer installed 2 different pumps to try to make it work. Then followed up with us a couple times to make sure it was ok. Alas it did not last they would have tried to fix it again but we just wanted to be done with it. They came immediately and put the new one in. I think they gave me a bit of a discount on the cost of the new one to offset our recent repair bill, although I'm not sure ... read more
