We worked with Solomon from the start of our visit to Middlekauff. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks on the lot and quickly helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was also upfront about the stop sale on the truck we wanted and helped us get an another truck from a different dealership by initiating a dealer trade and got exactly what we were looking for. We loved buying our car and pickup here. So helpful, even after the sale. Getting the oil changed here is a breeze. UPDATE: There was a recall on our car, Middlekauff was great to work with! We made an appointment and dropped off the car. We don't live in Twin so it was more convenient for us to leave it until the job was completed. They called on the 3rd day and told me it was finished! And it was. We had previously tried to get the repairs made with another Ford dealer and it did not go well. Thank you Middlekauff!
