We purchased a 2022 Ford F-150 from a different dealer. It was time to rotate our tires and since we live in Twin Falls I called Middlekauff. The service agent was prompt and courteous. Through the Ford system he had all the details regarding our truck then he scheduled and completed the service the very next day! I had a rock hit the top of my car which left a dent and the paint was clear down to the metal. Took into Chris in the auto body shop. He isna true professional. They did a great job. My car was somewhat messy 9n the inside of the car when I picked it up. He detailed the car out himself to make me happy. What a great team to work with. The entire He had a smile on his face. I would recommend them highly.
If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend this dealership. I bought a used vehicle after a fews days the vehicle had a brake pad issue in investigating the issue found a major problem with the truck. The management of this company stood behind it and made all the needed repairs. I am very pleased with their professional handling of this very serious issue. Will be a return customer. Thanks again to all who were involved with the issue.
Service was fast and thorough. Went in for oil change and ultimately replaced the air filter on my F350 also since the technician noticed that it was dirty.
