If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Hsiao should not be practicing medicine. He dismissed serious symptoms and told someone dear to me they were "fine" when they absolutely were not. That lack of proper care had devastating consequences. I’m shocked he still holds a medical license. He fails to listen, downplays concerns, and offers no real help.
