Don't waste your time and hard earned money with this company! I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Here's why : Delivery date was two weeks after the promise date. They installed a door that was too large (they measured it incorrectly) causing the trim to be too small. The purchase order stated that Middlefield will reuse the existing trim. They refused to correct their error. After much complaining they replace the top piece with a non matching piece. They damaged the door on installation leaving a large hole for air... read more
Would never recommend this company~ever. Customer service was horrible. No communication while waiting 3 months for replacement parts. If I didn't call to get an update, there would not be any updates.
I had both entry doors, a sliding glass patio door and 3 screen doors replaced. Let me tell you how great they are!!!! My house not only is sealed from the weather it also looks wonderful!!!! I have received many compliments. Their workers are the best. No sub-contractors and no sub par work. They were on time, cleaned up and did an outstanding job!! This is a company a highly recommend!!!!!
