Bought a part, asked to make sure it was returnable if it wasn’t what I needed. They lied.
People were extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional, they do don’t know anything about what they are selling. They are price gouging everyone who shops there. Would never recommend this place, go somewhere else and support a different business.
I have purchased a few saws and a u-25 mini excavator from this location, as well as a few maintenence and repair parts. They were very quick and helpful acquiring a great financing rate and monthly price for my used excavator. I would say I got my machine for a fantastic price especially during the time period I purchased it. It did require some basic maintenance and repairs and they were helpful in ordering the bushings and pins I needed to do so.
