Stopped by today while driving through to Cleveland for an event. Our WRX was making a wheel noise and we didn't have our tools to diagnose. The tech (I should have asked him his name) was quick to offer help by first checking for noise outside the car in the parking lot and then checking the torque on all wheels (one had all the luggage nuts loose).
