Called to get a diagnosis. Guy came out. Literally looked at my dryer for 5 minutes and said he thought it could be the control board. Wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars for a 170.00 part and a 5 minute job to fix. Did it myself for the 170.00. Dryer still doesn't work but according to them they did their job. No they didn't. I paid for a diagnosis of what was wrong. Not what they thought could possibly be wrong. They didn't take it apart or anything to check fuses or the motor. Canceled at 230pm when they were supposed to show up between 1pm and 3pm. I took time off work and had everything prepped for them only to have a no show and was still left with a broken refrigerator.
Had scheduled an appointment for them to fix the dishwasher. On the day they're supposed to arrive, they called and canceled. We've found someone else who apparently wants customers instead.
