I do not recommend putting a family member in here, they do not take care of the residents as they, for people who pay a lot of money to stay here they - Are given baths once a week even if they wanted more - Are told to soil themselves rather than have somebody come help them to the bathroom - Are served bland tasteless food, lacking in colour - Put into places were other residents can wander into rooms and take things quite easily if you are not looking - Left around other residents who are screaming and causing a scene wh... read more

My father has been at Middlechurch home since February 2024. The facility is older but clean, the rooms are large and have lots of natural light. The staff goes above and beyond to help care for the residents. Thank you!

My mom arrived there’s couple of weeks ago and I can’t say enough about the level of care my mom has received from all the staff! They are warm, friendly, funny and so willing to attend to her needs as well as the other residents needs. The staff create such a positive environment for the residents which is reflected back from my conversations with the residents. Walking throughout the building one is met with a “Hello” and a friendly smile! You feel the warmth and friendliness! I am so happy my mom is there.

My grandma was here years back, but it was a nice facility and the staff seemed friendly enough, I was reading reviews and am always surprised that people think their family that they pawn off for others to care for should be treated like royalty... if that's the care you require, maybe you should care for your family instead? Or volunteer?
