Very poor customer service.
Great company, great people. Went for a training class and it was an absolute great experience.
Company does not Stand behind or honor their Warranties. Uline Beverage center, Brand new purchased at a Clearance Scratch and Dent Center because customer backed out of a special order purchase. Register the New unit Day after purchase - ULine (Middleby Owned) refuses to honor any warranty, even after sending emails from Sales Company Stating its New and Has FULL WARRANTY. BEWARE!!! THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR STATED WARRANTY.
