By far this company is the absolute worst. I purchased a MASTERBUILT portable charcoal grill and smoker and had nothing but problems from the start. FIRST OFF DON'T BUY ONE! MASTERBUILT is no longer built to it's original quality. I was sent a defective grill with a broken hinge and a fan speed control that just turned in a complete circle. There isn't any telephone number you can call so your forced to email. The totally incompetent individual I had to deal with was not helpful at all.
